By accepting this Privacy Notice you expressly authorise us to use the contact details you provide (e-mail address, wallet address, social-media handle, telephone number, etc.) to send you service messages, customer-support responses, newsletters and other marketing communications, until you withdraw your consent.

If you do not agree with this Notice, please do not use our website or give us any personal data.

You remain the owner of your personal data; we act as controller and are responsible for lawful processing.


3. What data we collect

  • Data you enter (name, e-mail, Solana wallet address, newsletter preferences).

  • Technical data (IP address, browser type, operating system, time stamps).

  • Usage data (pages visited, clicks, scrolls, error logs).

  • Public social-media data you make available (e.g. X/Twitter username).

We do not intentionally collect data from children or sensitive data (e.g. health, religion).

We apply TLS encryption, access controls, pseudonymisation and routine security testing. If a personal-data breach occurs we will notify you and the competent authority without undue delay.


9. Retention

  • Newsletter data – until you withdraw consent.

  • Support data – up to 7 years after last interaction.

  • Back-ups – up to 90 days.

We never keep data longer than necessary for the purposes set out above.


10. Your rights

  • Access – obtain a copy of your data.

  • Rectification – correct incomplete or inaccurate data.

  • Erasure – request deletion (“right to be forgotten”).

  • Restriction – suspend processing in certain cases.

  • Portability – receive data in machine-readable form.

  • Objection – to processing based on legitimate interest or to direct marketing.

  • Withdraw consent – at any time, without affecting prior processing.
